Terms and Conditions ...

Unless explicitly stated in writing the terms and conditions printed herein shall apply to every contract made by the company.

The Customer by making any payment is deemed to have confirmed the contract and to have accepted these terms and conditions.

When a Customers makes a booking they guarantee that they have the authority to accept and do accept on behalf of their party these booking terms and conditions.

Check-in time is after 3pm.

Checkout time for the properties is always 12:00 pm midday on the day of departure unless otherwise specified in writing by the Alkyon Villas. Failure to checkout at 12:00 midday will incur a further charge of 1 additional day's rent of that particular property.

Rates allow for maximum occupancy of the villa as shown on the web site.

A contract will exist as soon as we issue our confirmation notice.

We accept no responsibility for delayed flights and travel arrangements, which are by no way under our control.

All contracts entered into agreement are contingent upon freedom from all liability for non-fulfillment or delay due to war, strikes, lockout, civil commotion, riots, force majeure, fire , breakages, government control or priory regulations, labour difficulties, acts of terrorism and any other causes that the company deems to be out of their control.

The company accepts no responsibilities for inaccuracies or misunderstandings arising through bookings, instructions or information given them by telephone, or verbally to their staff.

Noise levels are to be kept to a minimum while on the property so as not to disturb neighbouring villas.

Use of the swimming pools is forbidden after 12 midnight due to health and safety precautions.

Pets are not allowed on the property.

Breakdowns, defects, damages and other difficulties must be reported immediately and will be remedied as soon as is reasonably possible. Our aim is to provide all of the necessary elements to ensure your holiday enjoyment and satisfaction. Therefore if something goes wrong we want to know about it. The Customer is liable for all damage to the property by action or admission by themselves or their guest.

                              

Keys to the property are the responsibility of the Customer once they, have been handed to them, by the company representative.

It is the responsibility of the Customer to leave the keys at the end of their stay either with the company representative or in a predetermined place at the property agreed by both parties.

Failure to return the key at the end of the rental period will result in the Alkyon Villas charging a fee of €20EUROS per lost key.

The Customer is responsible for the safe custody of the property hired to them for the rental period.

Liability to third parties. The Company will not be responsible for and the Customer will indemnify the company against all claims for injury to persons howsoever caused unless it is proved that such injury or damage be caused by faulty material or workmanship of properties, or negligence by Alkyon Villas..

The Customer shall accept full responsibility for any accidents caused by or arising out of negligence, misuse of property or failure to comply with the Health and Safety or other applicable statutes and regulations.

The Customer will not hold Alkyon Villas responsible for loss to their own property/belongings.

The Customer warrants they should provide their own insurance.

Payment of a 30% Rental deposit must be received on booking before a booking confirmation can be issued. Final payment consisting of the remaining balance must be received by Alkyon Villas 14 days prior to arrival date. Failure to make final payments will make reservations subject to automatic cancellation.

You may cancel your property rental contract 31 days prior to arrival date for a full refund. No money will be refunded if a booking is cancelled 30 days before the arrival date.

Any Booking made within 30 days prior to arrival will have to be paid in full immediately.

If for any reason the villa is vacated before the agreed time of checking out, no money will be refunded.

Alkyon villas will not be held responsible for any kind of accidents or incidents occurring to children, guests and customers in and around the villa.. It is the total responsibility of the adults to ensure children's safety in the villa and especially the pool area.
