Set on the western coastline of Cyprus, in the Polis and Latchi region of Paphos, Alkyon Villas offer an exclusive location being situated 90 metres from the beach and 300 metres from the traditional and picturesque Latchi Harbour. Holidaymakers enjoy the convenience of being a couple of minutes walk from all amenities such as a variety of seafront restaurants, caf supermarkets and gift shops, ATMs, car rental, watersports, boat cruises whatever you may plan on doing during your holiday! Residents also have the luxury of marvelling the areas exquisite beauty, captivating sunsets, the refreshing breezes of the Akamas wildlife reserve and the turquoise waters of the Akamas Peninsula.

Luxury Villa Accommodation:

Choose from an exclusive selection of four private "A" Class villas and bungalows, each offering sea and mountain views, 3 en-suite air-conditioned bedrooms accommodating 6-8 people, fully equipped self-catering facilities, a BBQ area, large patios and a large private swimming pool. Bungalows provide all necessary facilities and conveniences for the disabled.
